NARL is currently accepting applications for the following positions:

Post Doctoral Fellow/Research Associate (RA) positions:

NARL welcomes applications from highly motivated young researchers with a proven track record of high-quality research and publications for Post Doctoral Fellow (PDF)/Research Associate (RA) positions. Interested candidates should submit a research proposal outlining the objectives, current understanding, knowledge gaps, methodology, and expected outcomes, along with their CV and list of publications.

Age limit: Applicants should be below 35 years of age at the time of application submission (with a relaxation of five years for SC/ST candidates and three years for OBC candidates).

Fellowship amount:

  • RA-I – Rs. 47,000 + HRA
  • RA-II – Rs. 49,000 + HRA
  • RA-III – Rs. 54,000 + HRA

Qualifications/Requirements:

Candidates should hold a first-class (≥60%) post-graduate degree with a doctorate (Ph.D.) in the field of Physics, Atmospheric Science, Meteorology, Space Physics, Signal Processing, Computational Electromagnetics, or Instrumentation. Candidates who have submitted their Ph.D. thesis and are awaiting the final viva are also eligible to apply. Alternatively, candidates with a first-class (≥60%) ME/MTech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Remote Sensing, Optical Engineering, or Microwave Engineering, along with at least 3 years of research experience and one research paper in a Science Citation Index (SCI) journal, may also apply.
